PETTIT, J❑HN N. ❑'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS I NO. 1-S 1 9 4 7 S A L A R Y B 0 A R D I Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., January 10, 1947 The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the salaries of employees coming under its jurisdiction, met in the office of the County Commissioners on Friday, January 10, 1947, with the following members present: Chairman, Commissioner Ross R. Cummins; Secretary, I f Commissioner Francis E. Pettit; Commissioner Henry J. Lowstuter; and Controller Harvey Stuart. E i Chairman Cummins presiding. First in the order of business { the Coroner's Office. Michael Sweeney, was the Coroner, matter of fixing the salary of the Secretary in j called into the meeting for that purpose. Motion by Mr. Sweeney, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the salary of Mary Meiser Pawlosky, f f j Secretary, be fixed at $165.00 per month for the year 1947, covering the period from the first Monda'r in January, 1947, to the first Monday in January, 1948. Motion carried. Coroner Sweeney excused from the meeting at this time. Leo L. Considine, Register of gills, called into the meeting for the purpose of fixing the salaries of the Deputies in his office. 1 Motion by Mr. Considine, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that the salary of Walter Boswell, Deputy Register of Hills, be fixed at $250.00 per month for the year 1947, and that the salary of E Guy A. Rogers, Second Deputy Register of Rills, be fixed at $235.00 per month for the year 1947, both covering the period from the first Monday in January, 1947, to the first Monday in January, 194 . Leo Wright, Clerk of Courts, called into the meeting for the purpose of fixing the salaries of the Deputy and Secretary in his office. 1 Motion by Mr. Wright, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the salary of Helen R. Bane, Deputy i Clerk of Courts, be fixed at $240.00 per month for the year 1947, and that the salary of Mary y Marchezak, Secretary, be fixed at $160.00 per month for the year 1947, both covering the period from the 1 first Monday in January, 1947, to the first Monday in January, 1948. Robert Crawford, Prothonotary, called into the meeting for the purpose of fixing the salaries of employees in his office.
