O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS j NO. $ Office of the County Commissioners, i Washington, Pa., January 5, 1944. County Commissioners in regular'session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the County of Washington sell and convey to the City of Washington, the following described tract of land, owned by the County, in consideration of the City of Washington improving and widening Cherry Avenue from Brownson Avenue to North Franklin Street and keep the same in repair, to -wit. - Beginning at a point on the north property line of 'Vest Cherry Avenue, which point is a corner oommon to the property of George Co Heer, Joseph F. Heer and Benjamin J. Heer and the property of Washington County. Thence by the north property line of West Cherry Avenue, N78OT05t-10" E for a distance of 138.70 ft* to a point. Thence Nllo- 251-35" W for a distance of 19.5 ft.'to a point on the north property line of West Cherry Avenue. Thence by the property of Washington County S78o-051-10" W, for a distance of 138.81 ft. to a point on the line between the property of George C. Heer, Joseph F. Heer and Benjamin J. Heer and the property of Washington.County. Thence by the property of George C. Heer, Joseph F. Heer and Benjamin J. Heer, Slla- 441-50" E. for a distance of 19.5 ft. to West Cherry Avenue, the place of beginning. The solicitor is hereby authorised and directed to petition the Court of Common Pleas to consent and approve the aforesaid conveyance. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
