The following bids were opened and read in the presence of the County Commissioners as
follows:

One 1940 Standard Ford V-8 Coupe, 85 H.P. Black, with Mohair Upholstery,
Oil Filter, Air Cleaner - delivered to County Garage with gas, oil and

Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the bid of the Donora Motor Company in
the amount of $310.00 be accepted and that the certified check of the unsuccessful bidder be
returned at once by the County Controller, Motion carried.

Berryman being absent. Minutes Nos. 20 and 21 were read and approved by the Board.
Attorney Ad6l�h L. Zeman, representing the Harry W, Johnston Estate, appeared before the

Commissioners in connection with damages incidental to the reconstruction of Route 19, between
f Stations 524 and 531}24.9, in forth Strabane Township,
An offer in the amount of 500.00 was made by the Commissioners in settlement of the Harry',
Johnston Estate damage claim and Mr. Zeman advised the Board that he wquld take the matter up with,
his client and report to the Commissioners at a later date.
Mr. J. W. Gary of the State Highway Department, Uniontown, Pa., met with the Board of Commis-
sioners in connection with a proposed change of right of way on Route 113-9B, between Stations

1778442.81 and 1784452.47, At the request of Mr. Gary, a letter was given to the Department of
Highways by the Board to the effect that the Commissioners have no objections to such proposed
