County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Cummins and O'Neil,
Mr. Berryman being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to accept the 1937-
;
1938 Delinquent County Taxes against the property assessed in the name of Harry Monticello,
Cross Creek Township, on a valuation of $7000, rather than on the valuation of $8500., as liened,
which is in error and that he be exonerated from the balance of such lien in the amount of $1500.
! Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and
1 O'Neil.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the following Resolutions were unanimously adopted:

Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of'Washington County that the plan submitted by
I
the Department of Highways for -the changing of State Highway Route 247, Section 14, 3n Union
i
Township, and Finleyville Borough, between stations 654+00 and 703+73, have been examined and
i
the County Commissioners agree that the County will not assume liability for any and all property
f
I damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans.
Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of Washington County that the plan submitted by
i
the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 181-R-1, in Carroll Township,
i between stations 851457.00 and 940475.77 have been examined and the County Commissioners agree
! that the county will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the con-
struction of the highway as contemplated by these plans.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
