O'NEIL. COMMISSIONERS 1 1 The Board directed that the executed copy of the Agreement with the Equitable Gas Company, Pittsburgh, Pa., in connection with provision for re -location of their facilities due to the re- construction of S.H.R. 62048 and 62050, in Fallowfield Township, be filed in the Office of the County Road Department, the action in connection with said Agreement have been taken by the Board on May 21, 1940 (Minute No. 78) Minutes Nos, 83 and 84 were read and approved by the Board under date of June 15, 1940, and the reading; of these minutes was confirmed by the Board, There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTES READ AND APPROVED: June 28, 1940 ATTEST: NO. 87 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., June 18, 1940. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman dn.d Cumminc Mr. O'Neil being absent. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to accept liened and delinquent county tax against the property known as the Carpenters' local, in the Borough of Burgettstown, without penalty and interest, such action being taken in co-operation with the School District and Borough Council of Burgettstown. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs, Berryman and Cummins, Mr. O'Neil being absent. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners, as co-sponsors on the"WPA Historical Records Survey Project No. 22908, make application to the Pennsylvania Historical €Ionmdssion for permission to publish the Inventory of the County Archives of Pennsylvania, Washington County No, 63, Lotion carried.
