COMMISSIONERS I'L iY WPRO PHINTIXG CV /J[o I NO. 89 Office of the County Co maissioners, Washington, Pa., June 26, 1940# i r i County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs.,Berry E man and Cummins, Mr. O'Neil being absent, ,I Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement submitted by the Equitable Gas Company, Pittsburgh, Pa., providing for the re -location of their facilities, due to the reconstruction of L.R. 62052 in Somerset Township, at a cost not to exceed $1119.00, be accepted and executed. I i Motion carried. 4 Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners approve.paygmab of the following f damage claims as set forth: Walter E. Donaldson in the amount of $6300.00 in accordance with the agreement for the payment of damages on S.H.R. 62026, in Peters Township, filed and advertised at No. 155 August Term, 1940; I i A. L. Zeman, Attorney for J. H. Hixon, in the amount of $200.00 in accordance with the agreement for payment of damages on Route 62165 in North Strabane Township; j Walter E. Donaldson and hose Fe Donaldson, in the amount of $200.00 in accordance with the agreement for payment of damages on S.H.R. 62026 in Peters Township; Irwin N# Sprowls and H. B. Hixon, trading as Hprowls & Hixon, in the amount of $1,00 in accordance with agreement for payment of damages on S.H.R. No. 62026 in Peters Township; i Mae Carson and Eva York, in the amount of $1,00 in accordance with agreement for the ! payment of damages on S.H.R. No. 62026 in Peters Township. ! County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berryman and Cummins, Mr. O'Neil being absent. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners exonerate the county taxes liened against property assessed as Lot No. ll, Diercheck Plan, Daisytown, East Pike Run Township, in the name of Mike Blozec, said property having been acquired by Washington County at County Treasurer's Tax Sale on June 12, 1928, and erroneously carried on the assessment records thereafter in the name of Mike Blozec, up to and including the year 1940, and that the Solicitor for the Road and School District of said township be advised of this action of the County Commissioners. O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS 63, 1 1 n Motion duly made, seconded and carried, that the following Resolution lwadopted: BE IT RESOLVED, That the County of Washington accept the following deeds of release and quitclaim in connection with damages to property situate in Peters Township, caused by the recon- struction and relocation of Routes 62026 and 62057 in said township, as set forth on plan ap- proved by the Governor on January 16, 1940; to property situated in Carroll Township, caused by the reconstruction and relocation of Route 62016, Bridge No. 17, in said township, as set forth on plan approved by the Governor on June 4, 1937; and to property situate in Carroll Township, caused by the reconstruction and relocation of Route 181-Rl in said township, as set forth on plan approved by the Governor on June 7, 1940, to -wit: L. R. 62026-62057 J. ALVAN BELL AND ANNA M. BELL, situate in Peters Township, in consideration of the payment of $200, 00 L. R. 62016 - BRIDGE N0. 17 MIKE COLUCCI AND DORA COLUCCI, situate in Carrol Township, in consideration of the payment of $295000 L. R. 181-Rl J. ALBERT LOUTTIT, situate in Carroll Township, in consideration of the payment of $1,00 HARRY S. PATTERSON and REBECCA S. PATTERSON, situate in Carroll Township in consideration of the payment of 1,00, maintenance of drainage under Pa. Dept, of Highways Permit No. 17023, and an allowance of $1.00 per rod for any fence removed or torn down. ANDRLV NAGY, JR., and MARGARET NAGY, situate in Carroll Township, a distance of 125 feet, in consideration of the payment of 1.00.
