O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS to be made immediately with Col. Chas. I. Faddis, Representative from the 25th Congressional District, for the necessary appointments with Uhited'States Senators Davis and Guffey in con- nection with the foregoing. i Motion duly made and seconded that because of an incorrect assessment, the County Treasurer be authorized to exonerate liened and delinquent county tax against the property assessed in the name of J. A. Smith, in the 2nd Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg, for the years 1932-33-34. Motion carried, Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to exonerate liened and delinquent county tax for the years 1932-1939, inclusive, against the property assessed in the name of Julius Frazee, Canton Township, inasmuch as this assessment is in error, the Solicitors for both the School and Road Districts to be notified of this action of the Board of County Commissioners because of the erroneous assessment. Motion carried. Minutes No. 94-95-96-97 were read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTES READ AND APPROVED: July 22, 1940 ATTEST: NO, 99 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., July 18, 1940, County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being; Messrs. Berry- man, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement submitted by the Greensboro Gas Company, Pittsburgh, Pa., providing for the relocation of a 6" H.P. gas line over the property of Henry L. Fry on Route 62052, near Bentleyville, due to the reconstruction of said Route 62052, upon which the Commissioners previously assumed property damages, be accepted and executed, at a cost not to exceed 291.25. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners authorize the installation of 36 lineal feet of 15" diameter corrugated metal pipe, Pennsylvania Department of Highways, specifications, and the building of a type E. wall on the inlet and of same, in order to carry storm water under the approach of the Coyle driveway, in connection with the construction of L.
