Washington, Pa., July 23, 1940.
County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present beinC Messrs. Berry-
man, Cummins and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with the Board of
Supervisors and School District of East Finley Township, in accepting liened and delinquent county
tax, without interest, against the property assessed in the name of T1. L. Sampson in said township,
the County Treasurer to be notified of this action of the Board of County Commissioners. Motion
carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the execution of the agreement between Tony Cario and
17ashington County on July 20, 1940, be approved, covering the furnishing and delivering at a
place agreed upon on the Cario Farm, at road right of way, 636 feet of 1" pipe and 40 feet of 2"
conduit pipe, said pipe to be laid and properly connected by Tony Cario; and upon settlement of
damages between said county and said Tony Cario, he will release any damages caused by destruction
of present gas line and allow as a credit the cost of above described pipe, said credit to be
deducted from any damage due and payable to Cario by, Agreement made between him and Washington
County, or recovered by suit by him against Washington County, said credit to be in an amount not
exceeding sixty (y'60;00) dollars. Motion carried.
i The reading of minutes No. .98-99 & 28-S on July 22., 1940, was confirmed by the Board.
