County Commissioners in joint session at 1:30 P.M. with the County Controller for the pur- pose of opening bids for repairs to various county roads in accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller; present for County Commissioners, Messrs. Berryman and O'Neil, Mr. Cummins being absent from the county, and Deputy Controller G. J. Dentel.
