Board of County Commissioners and Washington County Institution District in joint session with
the County Controller for the purpose of opening bids in accordance with the advertisement of the
i County Controller for one 1941 Chevrolet Standard Master Black Carryall Suburban for use of the
{ Washington County Institution District and also one 1941 Chevrolet Master Deluxe Club Sedan, with
trade-in allowance for one 1937 Chevrolet four -door sedan, for use at the County Garage; present

for Board of County Commissioners and Washington County Institution District, Messrs, Berryman,
Cummins and OfNeil, and County Controller Smith,

In connection with the foregoing, the following bids were opened and read in the presence of
the County Commissioners:

Total of both units $1497.73
Less Allowance 1938 Chevrolet Club Sedan 425,75
