O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS � - 1 Question called for: Voting "Yes", Messrs. Berryman and Cummins; voting "No", IIIr. O'Neil and wishing his vote so recorded. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that Robert Crawford bee -appointed as Per- sonal Property Tax Clerk and Veterans' Graves Registrar. Question called for: 'Doting "Yes", Messrs. Berryman and Cummins, with Me. O'Neil not voting. Motion carried. i There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. Hickson, be authorized to attest the signatures of the County Commissioners on Commissioners' warrants dravrn on the County Treasurer until further action of the Board. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the Solicitor be authorized, on behalf of the County, to consent to the petition for modification, filed with the Public Utility Commission by the j State Department of Highways, to relieve the County of Washington of any cost in connection with the reconstruction of the Scenery Hill Bridge on State Highway Route 113, to advise the Public Utility Commission of that consent and to withdraw the appeal taken from the previous order of the Commission upon the entry of a modified order relieving the County of any part of the cost of said reconstruction. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. On motion of Mr. Currains, seconded by Mr. Berryman, and carried unanimously it was RESOLVED that the County vacate as a county road and turn back to the Borough of Allenport, the following road, viz: i County Road No. 22, Approved by Court, May Term, 1905. Beginning at a point at the Borough line between Stockdale and Allenport (formerly Allen Township) and extending along the Southerly side of the Pennsylvania Railroad right of way in a westerly direction a distance of 112394 feet to the Borough line between Allenport and Roscoe as shown by a survey and plot made by the Washington County Engineering Department. And it was further RESOLVED that the Solicitor be directed to petition the Court of Quarter Sessions under the provisions of the Act of Assembly of 1929, P.L, 1278, Section 931, to have the said vacation and transfer confirmed and approved, On motion of Air. Cummins, seconded by Air. Berryman, and carried unanimously it was RESOLVED that the County vacate as a county road and turn back to West Pike Run Township, the following roads, vis: Deems-Bentleyvills Road, West Pike Run Township, WashingtonCounty, Pennsylvania; Beginning at the easterly terminal of Legislative Route No, 62074 on Pike Rua and extending in a northwardly direction toward Bentley- ville to Legislative Route No, 62093 at the intersection of Legislative Route No, 62066, a distance of 19403 miles more or less as per survey and plans on file in the County Engineer's Office, known as County Road No. 150, approved by Court, May Term, 1928. A part of County Road No, 56, approved by Court December 5, 1911. Be- ginning at the easterly terminal of Legislative Route No. 62074 on Pike Run and extending in an easterly direction down Pike Run to the intersection of Legislative Route No. 519 at Moffitt's Mill, a distance of .691 miles more or less as per survey and plans on file in County Engineer's Office.
