COMMISSIONERS _-�12 39 WARD PRINTING �NO. 31 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., February 5, 1940. Board of County Commissioners in regular session with Messrs. Cummins and O'Neil present, Mr. Berryman being absent. Motion duly made, seconded and carried that the Commissioners approve the adjournment of the County Treasurer's Tax Sales until ,April 22, 1940, at 10 A.M., in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 of the Act of May 29, 1931, P.L. 280, as amended by the Act of June 20, 1939; P,L.498, Minutes Nos. 26-27-28-28A-29-29A-30 were read and approved by the Commissioners. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTES READ AND APPROVED: February 6, 194 ATTEST; NO, 32 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., February 7, 1940. County Commissioners inmlegular session, those present being Messrs. Cummins and OtN'eil, Mr. Berryman being absent, Motion duly made and seconded that J. D. Woodward, Voucher Clerk, be authorized to attest the signatures of the County Commissioners on Commissioners' warrants drawn on the County Treasurer. Motion carried. Minute No. 31 was read and approved by the Board. There being no further business More the meetings it was adjourned, THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: February 10, 19 ATTEST: NO, 33 February 8, 1940, Commissioners Berryman and Cummins in session at the home of Commissioner Berryman by reason of Mr. Berryman's illness. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that Wallace McFall be named as 2nd Engineer at the Boiler Rooms for the Court Rouse and Jail, to replace George Jones, effective February 1, 1940, with proviso that he may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice, the salary of Mr. McFall to be fixed by the Salary Board. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that Corrine Haught be employed regularly as Clerk in the Office of the Road Department, effective February 1, 1940, with proviso that she may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice, the salary of Mrs. Haught to be fixed by the Salary Board.
