O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTESREAD AND APPROVED: February 10, 19 0 ATTEST: NO. 34 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., February 10, 1934. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Cummins and O'Neil, Mr. Berryman being absent. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to exonerate the Per- sonal Property Tax for the year 1939 on a mortgage in the amount of $2100 returned by Matthew Bemala in the Borough of Stoekdale inasmuch as said mortgage is a non -interest bearing instrument; such exoneration to cover the face of the tax in the amount of $8.40, plus a penalty of 84�, making a total exoneration of 9.24. Motion carried and the County Treasurer to be notified of this action of the Board of County Commissioners, Minutes Nos. 32 and 33 were read and approved by the Board as of this date• There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. Motion carried, and the County Controller authorized to return the certified checks�of the unsuccessful bidders. There being no further business before the joint meeting, it was adjourned.
