Motion duly made and seconded that the lot at the intersection of Routes 18 and 22, in Florence,r Hanover Township, for which an offer was originally made by James R. Coll in the amount of 400 and for which leave to sell was asked of the Court and objections made thereto in the form of a higher offer in the amount of 600 by H. T. and Glenola dams, his wife, and the higher offer having been accepted and the conveyance ordered by the Court at No. 271, February Term, 1940,rthat a proper deed conveying same be executed and delivered upon receipt of the said sum of $600,. Motion i carried. f Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorised to advertise for bids for furnishing and delivering to the Office of the County Treasurer 87,000 occupation statements, in triplicate, 50,000 real estate statements, in triplicate, 6,500 personal property statements, in triplicate, 2,000 blank statements, single copy, and 1,000 blank receipts, single copy, speoifi- cations for which may be seen at the Office of the County Treasurer; certified check in the amount of 100.00 must accompany each bid and the right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Lotion carried. The reading of Minutes No. 52-A and 53 on March 27, 1940, and the reading of Minutes No. 54 and 55 on March 30, 1940, was confirmed. i There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with the School District,, of Cecil Township in accepting liened and delinquent County tax without penalty and interest for the' year 1930 against the property assessed in the name of Louis Havel of said township.
