Berryman and Cummins, i Mr. O'Neil being absent. I Motion duly made and seconded that the contract for the printing of the Historical Record I Survey (O.P. 65-1-23-357 W.P. 22908) be awarded to the Ward Printing Company at their adjusted bid I i of $842.00 for 500 copies of 256 pages each, additional pages to be charged for at the rate of 43.50 for groups of 16 pages. Motion carried, Motion duly made and seconded that the Chief Clerk be instructed to notify Mrs. Bessie Clutter that her services with the County as one of the cleaning force in the Court House will terminate on I July 31, 1940. motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that Mrs. Clara Fisher, 51 Wayne Street, Washington, Pa., be named to replace Mrs. Clutter on the cleaning force in the Court House. Motion carried. 1 Minutes No. 85-86-87-88-89-90 and 28-3 were read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS E BE IT RESOLVED, That the said County of Washington accept the following Deeds of Release and Quitclaim on damages to property situate in Fallowfield Township, caused by the reoonstruc- tion and relocation of Route 62048-050 in said township and to property situate in Morris Township caused by the reconstruction and relocation of Route 62082 Bridge Improvement is said township, in accordance with plans approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways: Route 62048-050 ALBERT & MATHIZDE GHE-1,14TE 601000.00 & grading of driveway as shown on plan, the County to tear down stable carefully and lay material in field in read of present location. County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Cummins and O'Neil, Mr. Berryman being absent. - Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Washington County and Glacianta Calvisi, Avellat Pa., be executed covering the placing of 14 " gas line for the purpose of carryinr gas across the County Bridge in Browntown, near Avella, between Cross Creek Township and Independence Township, for a distance of 90 feet, more or less* Motion carried.
