O'NEIL. COMMISSIONERS NO. 105 Office of the County Commissioners,, Washington, Pa., August 5, 1940. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and i O'Neil. I Lotion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to advertise for bids I to be opened on Monday, August 26, 1940, at 11 A*M., in the Office of the County Commissioners for the restoration of seventy (70) volumes of old hand sewed record books now on file in the Office of the Recorder of Reeds, Court House, Washington, Pa., specifications for this work may j be had in the Office of the Chief Clerk of the County Commissioners; certified check i#tthe I, amount of $2500 must accompany each proposal, and the right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Motion carried. Minute No. 103 was read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTES READ AND APPROVED: August 13, 1940 ATTEST: -----------N-- NO. 106 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., August 5, 1940. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman., Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to accept liened and delinquent county tax against property assessed in the name of Fete Rorsos in the Borough of Bentleyville at one-half the face, without penalty and interest, plus costs and satisfaction fees, such action being taken in co-operation with the Borough Council and School District of the said Borough of Bentleyville.
