O'NEIL. COMMISSIONERS k NO. 108 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., August 13, 1940, k i I County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berry- man, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners approve the agreement between the County of Washington and the Pittsburgh Coal Company, Pittsburgh, Pa., relative to the construc- tion of a steel and timber trestle for the purpose of transporting coal across an i*proved road Westland -Hickory in Chartiers Township, known as the Houston County Road, said crossing to be in Chartiers Township at a point 702 feet southeast of the junction of the county road with Legislative Route 62043, and about 4.2 wiles road distance northwest of the town of Houston, as shown on plans on file in the Office of the County Road and Bridge Department, for a distance of forty feet, more or less. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. THE FOREGOING DIIINUTES READ AND APPROVED: August 13, 1940 ATTEST: No. 109 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Fa., August 21, 1940. County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berry- man and O'Neil, Mr. Cummins being unable to be present because of absence from the county. Upon motion duly made and seconded the following Resolutions were adopted: i k BE IT RESOLVED, By the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62105, in Mt. Pleasant Township, i between Stations 367+00 and 377+97, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the { County will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any changes or i i alteration of drainage reallting from the construction or maintenance of the highway. BE IT RESOLVED, by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62014 in Nottingham Township, between Stations 271+00 and 284+00 have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any changes or al- teration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway, The Board confirmed the reading of Minutes No. 104-105-106-106A-106B-107-108 on August 13, 19404 There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. 1 L �1 r] THE FOREGOING MINUTES READ AND APPROVED: August 23, 1940 i ATTEST:
