Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being
Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and OtNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to advertise.'for bids
for one 1941 Chevrolet Master DeLuxe Club Sedan, with trade-in allowance for one 1937 Chevrolet
four -door sedan, for use at the County Garage, such bids to be received by the County Controller
until 11 A*N*111 E.S.T., October 15, 1940, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the
County Commissioners; certified check in the amount of $100,00 must accompany each bid and the
right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Motion carried.
There being no further- business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned,
October 4, 1940

Motion duly made and seconded that payment in the amount of $201.00 be approved in favor of
Eva J. Thomas and Curtis M. Donaldson, Administrators of the Estate of Sarah J. Bell, covering
damages to the property of said estate situated on Route No, 62026, Peters Township, this county,
the same being an undivided one-third interest, payment having already been made to the oymers,
of the remaining taro -thirds mndivided interest. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
