BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

It was the decision of the Board that the necessary coal for use at the heating plaza for the
season 1940-41 be purchased from the Pittsburgh Coal Company, Pittsburgh, Pa., this firm being the
low bidder.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Contractors Equipment Floater Insurance on the Snow
Shovel owned and operated by Washington County, be given to the Morris Insurance Agency, 63 West
Chestnut St., Washington, Pa., at the rate of $1.25 per thousand, for coverage in the amount of

40009 the total premium being 50.00, such insurance to cover the period November 21, 1940 to
November 21, 1941. Motion carried.
The reading of Minute No. 132 on November 14, 1940, was confirmed by the Board.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs„ Cummins and O'Neil, Mr.
Berryman being absent f'rom,the county.
Motion duly made ana seconded that payment in the amount of 1000 be approved, in addition
{ to gas pipe already furnished, in favor of Antonio and Maria Cario, covering damages to their
property in connection with the reconstruction of S. H„ R. 62052, Section 2, in Somerset Township.
Motion carried.
The reading of Minutes No. 131-A and 133 on November 20, 19400 was confirmed by the Board.
There being no further business beford the meeting, it was adjourned.
