County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man and Moil, Mr. Cummins being absent from the county.
Notion duly made and seconded that payment in the amount of $758.38 be approved in favor of
Robert S. & Norma B. Coyle in accordance with the agreement for the payment of damages filed at
No. 23 February Term, 1940, covering the construction of a new driveway on the property of the
said Robert S. & Norma Be Coyle (Minute Rh 64). Notion carried*
there being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Notion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted by the Board:
BE IT RESOLVED By the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans bubni.tted by
the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62002, in Robinson Township, bei6,;�; . -
tween Stations 52+00 and 57+21, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the
county will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the
highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any changes or altera-
tion of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway, proper and sufficien
releases being presented with the plans indicating that there would be no damages on this con
and the foregoing is adopted as a matter of record in order to conform with the requirements of the
State highway Department, Potion carried.
