Board of County Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Berryman,
Cummins and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Washington County. and Allegheny
County Workhouse and Inebriate Asylum for the maintenance of prisoners from Washington County
for the six months' period, beginning January 1, 1941, be approved, the rate of such maintenance
to be 8V per day for each prisoner and $1.50 transportation for each discharged prisoner to the
County Seat. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted by -.the Boatd;
BE IT RESOLVED By the County Commissioners of Washington County that the plans submitted
by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62014, in Cecil Township,
between Stations 822*50 and 829+40, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that
the County will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction

of the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any changes

j or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway, proper
and sufficient releases being presented with the plans indicating that there would be no damages
on this construction and the foregoing resolution is adopted as a matter of record in order to

conform to the requirements of the State Highway Department, Motion carried.

There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
