There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, rose present being
Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that payment be approved in the amount of $800.00, covering
damages to the property of 011ie M9 Fife et al, in connection with the construction of Route
62026-057 in Peters Township, Washington County. Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that payment in the amount of 1000900 be approved in favor
of J. R. McCreight, Attorney for Mary Myers Ulery, in accordance with the agreement for the
payment of damages in Amwell Township, Route 113, Section 9B, filed at No. 82 February Term,
1941, to which no exceptions have been filed: Motion carried.
There being, no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
