O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS rrzs — - -- -- - --- - — -- Section 2. R. W. Knox shall serve as temporary Chairman until a Chairman is selected from among the members of the Authority at the organisation meeting thereof. Mr. Cummins moved that all rules and by -lays which might otherwise prevent the adoption of said resolution at this meeting be suspended. Mr. O'Neil seconded the motion and a vote being taken on said motion, the "Ayes" and "Nays" were as followss Ayes: Mr. Berryman, Mr. Cummins, Mr, O'Neil; Nays; None. The Chairman declared the motion carried and such rules and by-laws i suspended. Mr. Cummins moved that the resolution be finally adopted as introduced and read. Mr. O'Neil seconded the motion, and a vote being taken thereon, the "Ayes" and "Nays" were as followsr Ayess Mr. Berryman, Mr. Cummins, Mr. Otbeilf Mays: none. The Chairman declared the motion carried and the resolution finally adopted as No. 150. ! Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that He B, Crumrine, Chief Draftsman, and Paul J. Pettit, Assistant to Chief Draftsman, each be employed at a regular monthly salary for the year 1941, with proviso that each may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice. Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting_ was adjourned.
