Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins.
and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by fir. Berryman, that Ralph N. Lincoln, WPA Project Engineer,
Washington, Pa., be notified to discontinue all work on the following WPA Road Projects as of

January 17, 1941:
Washington -Bethany Road (WP23730-A)
Claysville-Burnsville Road (WP23730-D)
Pike Run Road (W'P23730-E)
Motion carried, with this action being taken by the Board because,in its opinion,better result
can be obtained and more can be accomplished by concentration on quarry operation in the
of stone at this time for road projects next spring and summer.
Minutes No. 148-149-151-152 were read and approved by the Board.
There being no further business before the Zoard, the meeting was adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the Quarry Agreement between W
County and Newell Frazee, Amwell Township, this county, located on the Lone Pine-Glyde Road,
j the quarrying of approximately 3500 cu. yds. of stone at 10� per cu. yd., the County having the

j right to open and quarry stone at more than one point, if necessary. Motion carried.
