O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS �7 C 1 1 NATHAN EVANS, in the amount of $25.00, in accordance with the Deed of Release and Quitclaim relative to damages in the reconstruction of S.H.R. 62048-50 in Carroll Township. Motion carried. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. THE FORMING MINUTES READ AND APPROVED; March 21, 1941 ATTESTt NO, 183 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., March 21, 1941. Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil* The District Attorney, George T. Cummins, appeared before the Board to explain the necessity for the erection of a partition in the Office of the County Detectives for use on occasions when private interviews are required in official matters. After discussion, approval of the Board was given to the erection of the necessary partition in accordance with the estimate submitted by Walter Knestriok, Washington, Pa., covering all labor and materials, excepting the painting, for the sum of $65.00. Minutes No. 180-181-182 were read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the meeting.,, it was adjourned. D. #1, Eighty Four, Pa., in accordance with the provi- sions of the Deed of Release and Quitclaim executed by her in connection with damages to her property incidental to the reconstruction acid improvement of a section of road in North Strabane Township,, this county,, designated as State Highway Route 62052, Section 3.
