O'NEIL. COMMISSIONERS NO. 196 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., May 1, 1941. County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berry- man, Cummins and O'Naile Motion duly made and seconded the payment in the amount of $400*00 be approved in favor of Earl Fenimore in the matter of damages to his property situate in Peters Township, Route 62026, filed at No. 281 May Term, 1941, to which no exceptions have been filed, Motion carried• Motion duly made and seconded that payment in favor of the persons and in the amounts net forth below, be approved covering damages to property in connection with the construction of Route 62026-057 in Peters Township, filed at No. 282 May Term, 1941, to which no exceptions have been filed: Annie We Brows Sarah Be Gillespie William F. Brown Walter We Conner Motion carried. 1 2/16 interest $75.00 5/16 interest 187,50 5/16 interest 187.50 4/16 interest 150.00 600. t� Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the Agreement executed between Washington County Commissioners and Millard Fe iNhitehill, Washington, Pa., wherein the sum of $1.00 was paid to him, and further agreement made to pay him the sum of $155.00, provided that the said Millard,F. Whitehill shall rebuild on new location any and all fence to be relocated, I and release the County of Washington from any and all damages due to relocation and rebuilding of said fence caused by the relocation of the County Road known as the Lone Pine Road, in Amwell Township, this county. Motion carried* Upon petition presented to the Board, motion was duly made and seconded that Erma Biernaux be appointed as County Tax Collector in Fallowfield Township to fill the unexpired term of Mrs. Louie Be Stroud whose resignation was attached to said petition, the said Erma Biernaux now i being the collector of school taxes in said township.
