O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS 1 F 1 NO. 211 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., June 20, 1941• County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman and O'Neil, Mr. Cummins being absent from the county. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to accept delinquent county taxes to redeem property solo at the 1940 County Treasurer's Tax Sale in the name of Frank Vinckos, in the 7th Ward of the City of -Washington, and described as House and Lot, situate at 117 Maryland Avenue, in said city, on a valuation of $100.00 for the said lot, the house having been destroyed by fire in the year 1927 as per statement of the Assessor in the 7th Ward. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to cancel the Treas- urer's Tax Sales of January 22, 194v and April 22, 194u, against property in the name of Mary Sisel in Canton Township, and described as House and 2 Lots 497-498, Gordon Plan, such sale being in error inasmuch as a portion of the taxes were included in the Sheriff's sale of said property, and the balance of such delinquent taxes against the property paid to the local tax collector and to the county treasurer. Motion carried* Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to cancel the Treas- urer's Tax Sale of January 23, 1940, for delinquent county tax for the year 1928 against the property in the name of Mary E. Hillman, in the 2nd Ward of the City of Monongahela, d escribea as Cottage and Lot #-905, Decker Street, such property being that of Alexander and Company, Monongahela, Pa., by deed of the County Treasurer, John N. O'Neil, dated November i, 1928, thereby voiding the vale in the name of the said Diary E. Hillman. Motion carried. Motion duly mane and seconded that approval be given to the payment of $150.00 in favor of Charles Baird in wcoordance with the agreement executed relative to damages to his property on Route 62026 in Peters Tomnship.
