Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil, Lotion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the release of damlages, signed by James A. MoCammon, in connection with the improvement of a bridge and section of road in Canton Tovinship, Route 115, such approval to cover the payment of the sum of 200.00 to the said James A. 1oCammon, thereby -releasing the County of Washington from any and all claims arising from, the construction of such road* notion carried. The Board confirmed the reading of Minute No. 214 on July 3, 19419 29aere being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Washington :County and Lee Wyse, Bulger, Pa., be executed covering the placing of a_gas line for the purpose of carrying gas from Midway Borough to Candor, Robinson Torimship, for a distance of 33 feet, more or less.
