Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs.
Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil*
Notion duly made and seconded that the action of the Board of County Commissioners, taken under
date of dune 30th, wherein a negative resolution was passed by the said Board in connection with the
assumption of damages incidental to the changing of State Highway Route 6216% in Fallowfield Town-
ship between Stations 00a00 and 9e50, be rescindede Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following resolution be adopted by the Board, to -wits
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County that the plans submitted by
the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62157, in Fallo+wrfield Townships
between Stations 0#00 and 9a30, have been eitamined and the County Commissioners agree that the
County will assumte liability for W and all property damages resulting from the construction of
the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any changes or
jalteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway. Motion
carried.
Proper and sufficient releases were presented with the plans accompanying the foregoing resolu-
tion, i6dicating that there would be no damage on the aforementioned construction and the said
resolution was adopted as a matter of record in order to conform to the requirements of the State
Highway Department.
Lotion o.uly made and seconded that approval be given to the Agreement executed between Wash-
jington County and the Manufacturers Light & Heat Company of Pittsburgh, Pae, covering the placing
of a 5" diameter gas line across and under the Westland -Hickory Road in Mt. Pleasant Township, for

the purpose of carrying gas under said road for a distance of 45 feet, more or less, as per plan
i
submitted! Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned*
