O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS I2 99 WARD Upon petition presented to the Board, the Polling Place in the Borough of Allenport was changed from the Jr. 0*U.A.M. Hall to a room in the Borough Building, such new location being more suitable, for the holding of elections as set forth in the petition. Minute No. 238 was read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjournede THE FOREGOING MINUTES READ AND APPROVED: i November 5, 1941 ATTEST: W No. 240 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., November 5, 1941, Board of County Commissioners'in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and G" eile Motion duly made and seconded that an appropriation in the amount of $250.00 be made to the Washington County Agricultural Fair Association, towards defraying expenses in connection with 1 I the annual fair. Motion carried* Motion duly made and seconded that an appropriation in the amount of $250*00 be made to the West Alexander Agricultural Association, towards defraying expenses in connection with the annual faire Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the following persons be named as Assistants to the Official Return Board to compute the votes cast at the Municipal Election held November 4, 1941: May Stottlemyer Charles M, Blazowski M.
