Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Cummins and O'Neil,
Motion duly made and seconded that the master project submitted by the Works Project Ad-
ministration for the construction of a Washington County Airport, subject to the right and
privilege of the County Commissioners of Washington County to approve the construction of useful
units from time to time, according to the discretion of the Board, be and the same is hereby ap-
proved, and the Chairman is hereby authorized and empowered to execute the necessary agreement
in connection therewith. Motion unanimously carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the supplemental project submitted by the Works Project
Administration for the construction of the initial useful unit under the master project agreement
for the construction of a Washington County Airport, be and the same is hereby approved and the
Chairman is hereby authorized and empowered to execute the necessary agreement in connection
therewith. Motion unanimously carried. Minute No. 240 was read and approved by the Board and th
reading of Minute No. 241 on November 10, 1941, was confirmed.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being
Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the application made November 19,
1941, by Washington County for the consent or permit of the Water and Power Resources Board,
Department ofForests and Waters, Harrisburg, Pa., to construct a highway bridge across Plum Run
Branch of Ten Mile Creek at a point approximately 0.5 of a mile from the mouth of Plum Run, in
Deemston Borough, Washington County• Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the Agreement executed November 19,
1941, between Washington County and the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, Pittsburgh, Pa., in con-
nection with the construction of a Z4-inch storm sewer across property of the said company 859
feet south of Marianna Station, West Bethlehem Township, Washington County. Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to transfer the sum
of $500.00 from the unappropriated balance to Account No, 158. Motion carried.
