Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting.
}Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the following employees in the Regis-
tration Office be reappointed for the year 19411, with proviso that each may be dismissed upon
30 days' notice:
John A. Wright, Chief Clerk,
Gino Amanati, Assistant to Chief Clerk
Marian Popovich, Clerk
Angela B. Marchione, Clerk
Steve Shook, Clerk
Lotion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting; notation of the foregoing appointments in the
Registration Office to be made on the minutes of record in that office.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the following employees in the Road
and Bridge Department be reappointed for the year 1941, with proviso that each maybe dismissed
upon thirty days' notices
G. Le Allmam, Superintendent Maintenance, Roads & Bridges
Corrine Haught, Stenographer
Sheridan Sutherland, Foreman, County Garage
John Tt Fetoko, Chauffeur
Notion carried, with IMr. O'Neil not voting.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that Joseph Warne,be reappointed as
Veterans' Graves Registrar for the year 1941, with proviso that he may be dismissed upon 30
days' notice. Notion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not votingq,
Motion duly made and seconded that the meeting adjourn until 3 o'clock, to sit as the Wash-
ington County Institution District. Motion carried.

On the 7th day of January, 1941, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of'W'ash-
ington, Pennsylvania, met in regular session in the Office of the County Commissioners at the
Court House in the City of Washington, Pennsylvania. The meeting was called to order at 2 P#M,
by Chairman Berryman, and on the roll call those present and absent were as followas Presents
John D. Berryman, Ross R. Cummins and John No O'Neil; absent, none.

RESOLUTION NO. 150
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF WASHINGTON, PFNNSYIA
VANIA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following named persons, residents of the County of Washington, be and the
same hereby are appointed as Members of the Washington County Housing Authority to serve from
January 7, 1941, for the number of years set opposite their names;
Joseph F. Antoon 1 year
M. J. Sweeney 2 years
Lee M. Crowthers 3 years
George Young 4 years
R. We Knox 5 years

Section 2. R. W. Knox shall serve as temporary Chairman until a Chairman is selected from
among the members of the Authority at the organisation meeting thereof.
Mr. Cummins moved that all rules and by -lays which might otherwise prevent the adoption of
said resolution at this meeting be suspended. Mr. O'Neil seconded the motion and a vote being
taken on said motion, the "Ayes" and "Nays" were as followss Ayes: Mr. Berryman, Mr. Cummins,
Mr, O'Neil; Nays; None. The Chairman declared the motion carried and such rules and by-laws

suspended.
Mr. Cummins moved that the resolution be finally adopted as introduced and read. Mr.
O'Neil seconded the motion, and a vote being taken thereon, the "Ayes" and "Nays" were as followsr
Ayess Mr. Berryman, Mr. Cummins, Mr. Otbeilf Mays: none. The Chairman declared the motion carried
and the resolution finally adopted as No. 150.
! There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned,

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs* Berryman,
Cummins and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that He B, Crumrine, Chief Draftsman, and
Paul J. Pettit, Assistant to Chief Draftsman, each be employed at a regular monthly salary for
the year 1941, with proviso that each may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice. Motion carried,
with Mr. O'Neil not voting.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting_ was adjourned.
