COMMISSIONERS 7 1 1 0 1 NO, 156 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., January 20, 1941. Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil* Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the annual appropriations for the year 1941 be made to the following military organizations as set forth below: Company H9 103rd Medical Regiment, Canonsburg, Pa., $200.00 James Adamson, Captain Company A, 110th Infantry, Monongahela, Pa., $200000 Fred M. Stiegman, Captain Company H, 110th Infantry Washington, Pa. $200,00 Owen M. Galaher, captain 1st Battalion Headquarters Company, 110th Infantry, 200*00 Washington, Pa., Walter Fowler, 1st Lt. Motion carried. Upon petition presented to the Board, approval was given to the appointment of Earl Be Amos as Assessor in and for Somerset Township, to fill the unexpired term of A. D. Riddle who resigned because of removal from the township. Minutes No. 153-154-155 were read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned* THE FOREGOING 11INUTES READ AND APPROVED: January 24, 1941 ATTEST: NO, 157 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., January 22, 1941. Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and.0'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to accept the 2016 installment of delinquent taxes now past due on the properties set forth below, provided the said installment is paid on or before February 15, 1941, such action being taken in co-operation with the Borough Council and School District of Bentleyville Borough: Anna Harrington Property, Bentleyville, Pa. A. E.-Harrington Property, Eagles- Club Property, " r Anthony Spada Property, Motion carried, and the County Treasurer to receive a copy of'this minute.
