O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS 12 39 WARD NO, 161 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., January 29, 1941, Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the release of damages, signed by William and Anne E, Bonnell, in connection with the reconstruction of the Beallsville-Zollarsville Road in West Bethlehem Township, between station 1011,38 and station 103s00, for a distance of 175 feet, more or less, lying between the lands of the W, F, Wise Estate and the Ten Mile Methodist Church; such approval to cover the payment of the sum of 4295.00 to the said William and Anna E. Bonnell, thereby releasing the County of Washington from any and all claims arising from the con- struction of the aforesaid road. Motion carried. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, with the following members present: Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to advertise for sealed proposals to be received until 11 A.M., E,S.T,, February 10, 1941, to be opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners, for the furnishing of one 1941 Chevrolet Master DeLuxe Club Sedan for use of the County Detectives, with trade-in allowance for one 1940 Nash four -door sedan, less siren and spot light which are to be transferred to the new Chevrolet; certified check in the amount of $100*00 mast accompany each proposal and right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the following appropriations be made to the organizations set forth in connection with defraying expenses for Armistice Day, November 11, 1940: Veterans of Foreign Wars, Arden Calvert Post No, 167, Charleroi, Pa, E.
