Board of County Commissioners in joint session with -the County Controller for the purpose of
opening bids for five 4-door standard deluxe Dodge sedans and one standard deluxe Dodge coupe as

per advertisement of the County Controller, these present being County Commissioners Berryman and
Cuwdns, Mre O'Neil being absent from the county, County Controller Stuart and his Deputy, G. J.

In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bid was opened and read in
the presence of the County Commissioners:

Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the awarding of the contract for the
aforementioned automobiles be deferred until a later date. Motion carried, with the County Con-
troller present at the time of this action of the Board.
There being no farther business before the joint meeting, it was adjourned.
