O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS NO. 307 Office of the County Commissioners,, Washington, Pa., July 13, 1942. Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the execution of tn agreement under date of July 3, 1942, between Washington County and Charles Balazick, Jefferson, Greene County, Pennsylviuda, covering the rental by lelashington County from the said Charles Balazick of an Austin Pup Roller at a monthly rate of $75*00, payments to date from the 12th day of June, 1942, and the first payment to be due as of July 12, 1942, with any portion of a monthly period that the said roller is on rental, the rate shall be 02.50 per day, payments to stop as of the day and date the said roller is returned by the said County to the premises of the ovmery-, Motion carried* Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the Agreement executed between Washing- ton County and the Allegheny County Workhouse and Inebriate Asylum for the six months' period beginning July 1, 1942, and terminating six months from that date whereby the rate of maintenance for Washington County prisoners at said institution is fixed at 83� each per day, with the additional, sum of $1*50 allowed for -transportation of each discharged prisoner to the County Seat* Motion carried* Minute No, 306 was read and approved by the Board. Berryman, Cummins and OtNeil* Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that approval be given to the appropriation of the sum of �w65.10 to the Stockdale Memorial Association, Stookdale, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the request of the said Association through its Treasurer, Ralph G. Merrits; such appropriation being made under the provisions of the Act of Assembly of 1929, P.L. 1366, Sections 590-591, to assist in defraying expenses incidental to the erection of a monument in the said borough in honor of local veterans of World War No. lo Motion carried* Minute No. 307 was read and approved by the Board.
