Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Cummins and O'Neil,
Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the transfer of the sum of $800900
from #000unt No. 107-A-4, Extra Help, Tax Sales Account, to Account No. 107 A-3, tetra Help, in
accordance with the request of the County Treasurer. Motion carried.
The Board confirmed the reading of Minute No. 308 on Mondpq, August 3, 1942, and there being
no further business to come before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Cummins and OtNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the execution of the Agreement be-
tween Washington County and Louis DePhillips, Hickory, Pa,, for the sum of 75.00 for all stone
quarried from January 2, 1942, to January 2, 1943. Motion carried.
Nation duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorised to transfer the
following amounts from Account No. 402 EE•-2 to the subdivisions of Account No. 101 as set forth
below:

Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that Gertrude Glinka, now employed as extra
help -An the County Commissioners' Office, be appointed as Clerk in the said office, effective as
of August 15, 1942, and to cover the period from that date until the first Monday in January, 1943
with proviso that she may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice. Motion carried.
Minute No. 309 was read and approved by the Board.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned,
September 11, 1942s
