Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Messrs.l Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that Otto Luellen, 895 E, Maiden Street, Washington, Pa., be ap- pointed as Assessor in and for the 5th Ward of the City of Washington, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Oscar Curry, regularly elected Assessor therein. Lotion carried. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. 4 ` THE FOREGOING MINUTES READ AND APPROVED: June 8, 1942 ATTEST: NO. 302 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., June 8, 1942. Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs, Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement between Washington County and the Manufacturer's Light & Heat Company, Pittsburgh, Pa., be approved as executed by the Board under date of June 5, 1942; such agreement to cover the construction of a 16" natural gas line for the purpose of carrying natural gas under the County Brick Road in Donegal Township for a distance of thirty-three feet, more or less. Motion carried. Minutes No, 298-299-300-301 were read and approved by the Board* ,There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. Motion duly made and seconded that the Right of Way Agreement between Washington County and the West Penn Power Company be executed covering the right to construct, operate, repair, maintain, remove and rebuild a portion of an electric transmission system over and upon land situate in Cecil Tomnship, Washington County, Pennsylvania, adjoining properties of Elisabeth Kimes, Julia Lheureau, Cecil Township School District and others, being part of Lot No. ? in the Mawhinney Plan of lots.
