O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS F� 'I I NO, 332 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., January 22, 1943. 1 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by 1.1r. O'Neil, that the County Controller be authorized to advertise for bids for Fleet Insurance for public liability, property damage, fire, theft, and collision coverage on truck and automobile equipment and road -building machinery owned and operated by Washington County; such bids to be received by the County Controller in his office in the Court House, Washington, Pa., until 11:00 A.14, E.W.T., Monday, February 8, 1943, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners; lists of present equip- ment and proposal blanks will be furnished upon application at the Real Estate and Insurance Department of the County Commissioners' Office, Court House, Washingtm, Pa; certified check in the amount of %1100.00 must accompany each bid and the right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Motion carried. Minute No. 331 was read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. In accordance with the Act of Azsembly in such cases made and provided, the proposed budget of the County Controller for the year 1943 tiaras presented to the County Commissioners by Deputy County Controller bentel. Upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the proposed budget of the County Controller was accepted by the County Commissioners, to be considered in the final adoption of their budget for the year 1943.
