BE IT RESOLVED, That the !County Commissioners retain the following desoribed land as a County
I Forest, under the provisions of the Act of April 13, 1933, P.L. 35, 32 P.S. 171, to wait:
"All that certain piece or tract of land situate in the Township of Robinson, County of
Washington and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point in the line of lauds of E. C. Donaldson; thenceialong lines of E. C.

feet to a White Oak on line of land of Heirs of Sera fti.th; thence along the line of lands of
said Smith Heirs, South 890 21t 20" Test, 706.0 feet to a post; thence along the line of lead
of Mary M. Donaldson, and Richard M. Donaldson, South 00 171 East, .584.73 feet to a post; thence
along the same South 790 571 East, 728.60 feet to a point; thence along the same South 10 141
East, 1538.0 feet to a point; thence along the same North.840 58t East, 270.44 feet to a point;
thence along the same North 830 40t East, 487.0 feet to a point; thence by other land of the
said grantor, the following courses and distances:

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Berryman,
Cummins and OtNei1. .
The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Washington,
State of Pennsylvania, relative to the issue by the said county of a note for One Hundred Thousand
($100,000.00) Dollars as'a temporary loan, was presented, duly seconded and adopted by said Board,
to wit:
WBEREAS, It has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sum of One Hundred Thousand
(100,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the year 1943, to be pslyabae
out of taxes and other current revenues which have been assessed and levied, and are to be collected
by the county during the year 1943, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVER, By the Board of County Commissioners of the said County of Washington, that
for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current expenses of the county, the proper
officials of the said county are hereby authorised and directed to negotiate a temporary loan on
such terms as may be agreed upon by them, payable out of taxes which have been levied and are to
be collected during the year 1943, and so much of said taxes as may be necessary to repay said
loan, with interest, is hereby set aside and designated for that purpose, and issue a note there-
for payable August 5, 1943. with interest from date of said note at the rate of one and one-half
(11� per cent* per annum, free of all taxes levied by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which said
taxes the County of Washington assumes and agrees to pay, said note to be negotiated and issued as
follows:
THE WASHINGTON UNION TRUST COMPANY, Washington,Pae, S100,000.00
