CUMMINS, WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA JOHN N. O'NEIL. COMMISSIONERS NO, 355 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., lay 28, 1943, Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and OtNeil. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that Ann Mrzlak, Donora, Pa., ndvimployed as an extra clerk in the County Commissioners' Office, be employed regularly as clerk in that office for the remainder of the year 1943, effective as of May 16, 1943, and to cover the petiod from that date until the first Monday in January, 1944, with proviso that she may be dismissed upon thrity days' notice* Motion carried. Minute No. 354 was read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. THE FOREGOING 103MTSS READ AND APPROVEDs June 11, 1943 ATTEST: Jac NO. 356 Office of the County bommissioners, Washington, Pa., Ame 4, 1943, Board of County Com issioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the execution of the Agreement betweem Washington County and the McClaie Mining Company, under date of June 2, 1943, covering all damage resulting to the county road known as the McClain Bridge -Meadowlands Road, by reason of the mov- ing of an eighty -ton link -belt shovel over and upon the said road by the said McClaie Mining Company. Motion carried, Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to the execution of an Agreement under date of May 5, 1943, between Washington County and Ernest Rodgers, R. D. #1, Coal Center, Pa., covering the construction of a 2" pip6 line for the purpose of carrying storm water under the Pike Run Road in East Pike Run Township from Moffitts Mill to Granville for a distance of 33 feet; more or less, Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the provisions of the Act of May 21, 1943, 4Lbatin,g car- tain tax penalties and interest on unpaid county taxes be and the some is hereby accepted; that the County Treasurer be notified of this acceptance and receive a copy of the minutes covering this action of the Board of County Ccissioners. Motion carried* -Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to canoel the County Treasurer's Tax Sale of January 22. 1940, in the name of W. T. Sellman, Jr., Carroll Township, for delinquent taxes against Lots No. 137-138, Monongahela Land Company Plan, for the years 1928-29-30. for the reason that the said lots were also assessed in the name of the Monongahela Land Company, the rightful owner of the said lots for the said years, Motion carried,
