Minutes No. 355-356 were read and approved by the Board. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil, Motion duly made, seconded and carried that the following Deed of Release and Quitclaim be ea6cuted by the Board: Claim No. 62099 Sta. 937*16 to 940400 left $N€W ALL MEN BY TBESE PRESENTS, That the Commissioners of Washington County, Washington, Pennsylvania, owners of property affected by the improvement of a section of road in New Eagle Borough, Washington County, Pennsylvania, designated on the records of the Department of Highways as Route 181, Section R-1, for and in consideration of the benefits resulting from the improve- ments of the said road, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim, and forever discharge the Common- wealth and mW agency or political subdivision thereof, their employes or representatives, of and from all suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity or otherxisep against it or them or any of them, for or on account of any taking, injury or destruction of property, through or by reason of the improvement of the said road, including the change of any streams, watercourses, drainage, or drainage structures or facilities, or through or by reason of the subsequent maintenance thereof according to the standards of the Department of Highways• A plan showing the proposed improvement is to remain on file in the Washington County Engineering Department. The reading of Minute No. 357 under date of June 18, 1943, was confirmed by the Board. Y There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
