Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Cummins and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the proposal of T. J, Stevens, Claysville,
Pa., be accepted for painting in the District Attorney's and County Dectectives' Office as follows„
Unit No. 1 - This includes Detectives' Office and toilet and District Attorney's
Office - Rooms No. 205 and 211 - the plastered surface in alcove to be given two
coats of paint in color as-speoified and woodwork to be cleaned and given one
coat of A-1 'Varnish, All damaged places in the plaster or other parts to be
repaired and finished as a No. 1 job - the ornamental moulding to be high -lighted
to make a pleasing effect ----- Price for Unit No. 1....................:........ 205.00
Question called for: Voting "Aye", Messrs. Berryman and Cummins, -voting "Nay", Mr. O'Neil.
This being a majority, the motion was declared carried,
Minutes No. 380-381-382-583 were read and approved by the Board,
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
