Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., February 8, 1943,
Board of County Commissioners in joint session with the County Controller for the purpose
of opening bids as per advertisement of the County Controller for Fleet Insurance for public
liability, property damage, fire, theft, and collision coverage on truck and automobile equip-
ment and road -building machinery owned said operated by Washington County, those present being
Messrs. Berryman., Cummins and O'Neil, and County Controller Stuart.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were opened and
read in the presence of the County Commissioners:

Total premium for coverage requested $686,88
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the awarding of the contract be
deferred until a later date. Notion carried.
There being no further business before the joint meeting, it was adjourned.
