O'NEIL. COMMISSIONERS There being no second to this motion, it was declared lost. Thereupon, motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the salaries of employees in the Recorder of Deeds Office be fixed as follows for the respective positions set forth for the year 1943, covering the period from the first Monday in January, 1943, to the first Monday in January, 19 44: Helen R. Bane, Deputy, 200,00 per month Mathilda S, McGlade, Index Clerk, 155.00 " Marie Lincoln, Transcriber, 126,00 " " Nida M. Bruner, Transcriber, 120,00 " Elisabeth Chelena, Transcriber, 120.00 Julia Boris, Transcriber, 120,00 " Betty Armstrong, Transcriber, 120.00 Lillian Bartoletti, Transcriber, 120.00 Wallace S. Gourley, Solicitor, 41.66 Motion c arried. There being no further business, motion was duly made, seconded and carried that the Board adjourn to meet with the District Attorney at 2:45 P.M. to fix the salary of his Secretary: NO. 93-S January 12, 1943. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the fixing of the salary of the Secretary to the District Attorney, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 12, 1943, at 2:45 P.M., with the following members presents County Commissioners Berry- man, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Stuart and District Attorney George T. Cummins. Motion by District Attorney Cummins, seconded by Commissioner Cummins, that the salary of Loretta Fithian, Secretary to the District Attorney, be fixed at 1150.00 per month for the year 1943, covering the period from the first Monday in January, 1943. to the first Monday in January, 1944. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned to meet at-3 P*M. to fix salaries in the Office of the Coroner. NO. 94-S January 12, 1943, The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the fixing of salaries in *a Office of the Coroner, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 12, 1943, at 3 P.M., with the. following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Stuart and Coroner James B. Jones. Lotion by Mr. Jones that the salary of B. M. Rector, Secretary, be fixed at #130900 per month for the year 1943. There being no second to this motion, it was declared lost. Motion by dr. Jones, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the salary of B, M. Rector be fixed at $125.00 per month for the year 1943, covering the period from the first Monday in January, 1943, to the first Monday 3n January, 1944, Motion carried. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned to most at 3:15 P.M. to fix salaries in the Sheriff's Office.
