O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS 1 1 L E Motion by District Attorney Cummins, seconded by County Commissioners Cummins, that the salary of Loretta Fithian, Secretary to the District Attorney, be fixed at $150,00 per month for the year 1940, effective January 1, 1940, Motion carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board adjourned to meet at 11:15 A.Ig., to fix the salary of the Secretary to the County Superintendent of Schools, tyO. 8-S January 12, 1940, The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing the salary of the Secretary to the County Superintendent of Schools, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Friday, January 12, at 11115 A.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith; Superintendent of Schools, J. L. Roberts, also present. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the salary of the Secretary of the County Superintendent of Schools, Georgene H. Morton, be fixed at $120.00 per month for the year 19400 effective January 1, 1940. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board adjourned to meet at 11:30 A.M. to fix the salary of the Deputy Clerk of Courts. 110. 9-S January 12, 1940. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing th6 kalary of the Deputy Clerk of Courts, met in the Office of the County Commissioners, on Friday, January 12, 1940, at 11:30 A.M.,with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith and Clerk of Courts Leo Wright. Motion by Mr, W*tght, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the salary of Irene B. Burroughs, De- puty Clerk of Courts be fixed at $175.00 per month for the year 1940, effective January 1, 1940p Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that extra clerical help required by the Court be paid at the rate of $4,00 per day. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board adjourned to meet at 11:45 A.M., to fix the salaries of employees in the Office of the Prothonotary.
