The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with salaries and employees coming
under its jurisdiction, met in the Office of the County Commissioners, Court House, Washington,
Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, January 8, 1941, at 11:00 A.M,, said Board being constituted of the
Efollowing members: Chairman, County Commissioner John D. Berryman, Secretary, County Commissioner
Ross Re Cummins, County Commissioner John No O'Neil and County Controller J. K, Smith.
Chairman Berryman presiding.
First in the order of business was the matter of the fixing of salaries in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds, therefore, John H. Cooper, Recorder of Deeds, was called
into the meeting,
i Motion by Mre Cooper, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that
the salaries of the
employees in the
Reoorderb Office be fixed as follows for the year 1941,
i
effective January 1,
1941:
