COMMISSIONERS i� TKO. 13-S January 12, 1940. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of salaries of employees coming under the jurisdiction of the County Commissioners, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Friday, January 12, 1940, at 3 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith. Lotion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that all employees working as extra clerical help who have been employed continuously for a period of six months or more, be paid at the rate of 03,50 per day, effective January 1, 1940, and that all other extra clerical help be paid at the rats$ of $3,00 per day. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting adjourned. NO. 14-S January 12, 1940. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing the salary of the Deputy Register of Wills, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Friday, January 12, 1940, at 3:30 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith and Register of Wills Considine. Mr. Considine withdrew his motion made on January 11, 1940, to fix the salary of his deputy at $215.00 per month, and made a new motion to fix the salary of the Deputy Register of Wills, Walter IT. Boswell, at $200,00 per month, for the year 1940, effective January 1, 1940; this motion was seconded by Mr. Cummins and carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board adjourned. NO. 15-S January 15, 1940. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with salaries and employees under the jurisdiction of the County Commissioners, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Monday, January 15, 1940, at 1:30 P.M., those present being Messrs. Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; G. L. Dentel, Deputy Controller. PEotion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the compensation of Martin Nugent, employed by the Board of Revision to arrange for meeting places of the Board, the necessary conveniences incidental thereto, and the delivery of the triennial assessment notices to the various assessors, be fixed at the rate of $5.00 per day for every day so employed and that he be allowed in addition thereto, mileage at the rate of 5,d per mile for every mile traveled oy him in his own vehicle in connection with the performance of the said duties. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
