COMMISSIONERS 12 39 YARD PRINTING-'73'J'L8 NO, 16-S January 15, 1940. i The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with salaries of employees coming under the jurisdiction of the County Commissioners, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Monday, January 15, 1940, at 1:45 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners i Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil and Deputy Controller Dentel. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the compensation of all former employees who were not re -appointed or re-elected for the year 1940, and whose services were required after Dezember 311, 1939, be fixed at the same rate as received by them during the month of Dezember, 1939, for the number of days actually involved. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned. NO, 17-S January 15, 1940. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with salaries of employees coming under the jurisdiction of the County Commissioners, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Monday, January 15, 1940, at 2:00 P.M,, with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil, and Deputy Controller Dentel. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the salary of Joseph Bannister, Elevator Operator, be fixed at $75.00 per month for the year 1040, to be effective as of January 12, 1940. Motion carried. Tpon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned. iwO, 18-S January 24, 1940. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with salaries of employees in the Recorder's Office, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Wednesday, January 24, 1940, with the following members present: County Commissioners Cummins and O'Neil, Mr. Berryman being absent; County Controller 11, K, Smith and Recorder John H. Cooper. Motion by Mr. Cooper, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that Kathryn Houseman, now employed as an extra clerk in the Recorder's Office, be employed at a regular monthly salary of $110, effective as of January 1, 1940. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. C]
