O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS I SALARY BOARD- 1 9 4 1 NO, 33-8 Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., January 8, 1941e f I The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with salaries and employees coming under its jurisdiction, met in the Office of the County Commissioners, Court House, Washington, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, January 8, 1941, at 11:00 A.M,, said Board being constituted of the Efollowing members: Chairman, County Commissioner John D. Berryman, Secretary, County Commissioner Ross Re Cummins, County Commissioner John No O'Neil and County Controller J. K, Smith. Chairman Berryman presiding. First in the order of business was the matter of the fixing of salaries in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, therefore, John H. Cooper, Recorder of Deeds, was called into the meeting, i Motion by Mre Cooper, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the salaries of the employees in the Reoorderb Office be fixed as follows for the year 1941, i effective January 1, 1941: Bernice Baker, Deputy Recorder, $200.00 per month Kathryn Housman, Clerk, 110.00 Helen Re Hall, Clerk, 110.00 Irene C.Barbour, Clerk, 110,00 u n } Mathilda Mcglade, Index Clerk, 130.00 " Doris Beeler, Clerk, 100e00 Sarah Griffith, Clerk, 100.00 Harold Fergus, Solicitor, i 500,00 per year Motion carried* jupon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board stood adjourned to meet at 2:15 POM. to j fix salaries in the Sheriffts Office. ----------..---- 1 i e NO. 34-S January 8, 1941e i j The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing salaries of employees in the Office of the Sheriff, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Wednesday, j January 8, 1941, at 2:15 P,M., with the following members presents County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith and Sheriff Me Be Armstronge Motion by Mr, E Armstrong, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the salaries of employees in the SheriffIx Office be fixed as 1 I follows for the year 1941, effective January 1, 1941: MINUTE BOOK Too BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYL.VANIA JOHN D. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing the salary of the Secretary of the County Superintendent of Schools, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Wednesday, January 8, 1941, at 3t00 P.A., with the following members present; County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith; Superintendent of Schools, J. L. Roberts, also present. Upon recommendation of Mr. Roberts, motion was made by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Berrymsz> that the salary of Georgene H. Morton, Secretary to the County Superintendent of Schools, be fixed at $120,00 per month for the year 1941, effective January 1, 1941. Notion carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board stood adjourned to meet at 3t30 P.M., to fix the salary of the Secretary to the District Attorney. NO, 36w8 January 8, 1941. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing the salary of the Secretary to the District Attorney, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Wednesday, January 8, 19410 at 3t30 P.M., with the following members present: County Commis- sioners Berryman, Cummins and O*Neil; County Controller Smith and District Attorney George T. Cummins, Motion by District Attorney Cummins, seconded by Uommissioner Gunnins, that the salary of Loretta Fithian, Secretary to the District Attorney, be fixed at 0150.00 per month for the year 1941, effective January 1, 1941. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board stood adjourned to meet at 4:00 P.M., to fix the salary of the Deputy Clerk of Courts. ------------
